French and German expertise

Thanks to her French and German background and her daily use of the German language, Mrs. Laget can assist companies and individuals from German-speaking countries, better anticipating their expectations and understanding their needs and mindsets.

This may involve German or Austrian companies (with a parent company in Germany or Austria or a subsidiary, establishment or branch in France) involved in litigation in France or requiring advice on French law, as well as French or German-speaking individuals living in France, in Germany, Switzerland or Austria and needing assistance, in their respective languages, to deal with legal issues, often involving foreign aspects.

Values and business approach

Mrs. Agnès Laget is accustomed to working on cases involving issues of private international law, requiring her to determine the applicable law and the competent jurisdiction. She benefits from a

network of correspondents and lawyers in Europe and around the world, thanks to the Consulegis network of lawyers.

Mrs. Laget is also a member of the Deutscher Anwaltverein (DAV Frankreich: Association of German Lawyers ) and the DFM Alumni e. V. (Deutsch-Französisches Magisterprogramm: Association of Graduates of the Franco-German Law Programmes of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University and the University of Cologne).
